Kindergarten Pre-Registration — Camden County Residents
All children who were born on or before August 31, 2021 and reside with their parent(s) or guardian(s) in Camden County are eligible to register for Kindergarten for the upcoming 2026–2027 school year. Please use the following link or QR-Code to begin the online registration process and upload the required documents:

Required Documents:
Student’s certified birth certificate
Current shot record
NC Health Assessment Form
Custody order (if the birth parents listed on the birth certificate do not reside at the same address)
Camden Residency Documents:
Proof of residence — homeowner’s deed, lease, mortgage, rent receipt, or a letter from the property owner verifying the agreement
Two (2) current utility bills (power, water, etc. — less than 30 days old)
Valid identification — NC driver’s license or NC state ID with current Camden address, or a valid Military ID
Upon completion and approval of the registration, you will be contacted to set up an appointment for our Kindergarten assessments.
