Greetings Grandy Primary Families!

It is with great pride and excitement that I introduce myself as Principal of Grandy Primary School.  I am honored to have the opportunity to lead the GPS Bears!  Over the past twenty-five years, I have served as a Special Education teacher, Teacher Leader of professional development, Math Specialist, Instructional Coach and Assistant Principal.  I am excited to continue sharing my experience and knowledge in this new role as Principal!  I look forward to getting to know each of you as we collaborate for the success of our students.

Along with the teachers and staff, I will work diligently to continue the success that Grandy has made by building relationships with parents, students, and community partners.  We will focus on the success of each student by using data from our benchmark assessments to drive our instruction.  We will continue to implement the N.C. Standard Course of Study in a rigorous manner to meet the needs of all students and increase student achievement.
